Donations made to ACGS are treated as non-refundable, but if you believe an error such as a duplicate charge has occurred, you may contact us with proof and we will review the request. Merchandise orders may be cancelled only if done before dispatch, and once shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Returns or exchanges are allowed only in the case of faulty or incorrect items, provided they are unused and returned in original condition. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after verification.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part, and customers may be required to bear return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
